Great and supportive people in person, the last day of the month did leave them understaffed a bit so waited a few more hours than usual but was patient and understanding. While the experience ended up being a very good one it started a little rough as they balked at the first responder discount. Management reconsidered and honored it. One that was taken care of our salesman was great! Really liked Jason and he stepped up and did a great job walking us through the details. As much as I hate car buying, this one was pretty good- and that is high praise from me.

Everyone was nice for what it's worth, I purchased a used vehicle that allegedly passed all the safety inspections according to the used car mechanics. Turns out, the car was sold to me with little to no oil in the engine, which started causing an error message prompting me to shut the engine off immediately because the oil pressure is too low. Over the course of a month and a half, I brought the car back several times, and to no avail were they able to fix it. Thankfully, they did the right thing and helped me trade it in despite being past warranty of a bronze tag vehicle. That I greatly appreciate their help with. On the other hand, I am disappointed that I was initially sold a car that could have had a catastrophic engine failure while I was driving, considering I explained to them my situation as a young and newly single mother to a 2 year old. Safety was and is my number one priority, and that car I was sold was not safe. Overall I did appreciate their help in doing the right thing after selling me a vehicle with irreparable damage, however, I likely wouldn't return to, or recommend this dealership in lieu of this situation. Especially considering that there could be several cars with irreparable damage in spite of them being marked safe and for sale in their lot.
