Let me share why Hyundai of Central FL deserves 5-stars. But first, here's what they didn't do. • They didn’t charge me $999 document fee like other dealers do. • They didn't charge me $349 electronic filing fee like other dealers do. • They didn’t charge me a $100 Private Tag Agency Fee like other dealer do. • They didn't have a "secondary sticker" on the new Hyundai I purchased with an "Advantage Plan" you don’t want, don’t need and can't get out of paying for because the stuff is already installed. • They didn't try to lowball my trade value just to "try me out". • They didn't "trap" me in the finance office and try to strong-arm me to buy back-end products, services and warranties. • They didn't lie to me about anything! Here's what they did. • The discounted price shown on the website was the price you paid – period! Of course, the state of FL had their say with tax, tag and title fee. • There were no add-ons, no surprises, no unwanted fees. • The Finance Manager (Quintin Rodriguez) had us sign the documents electronically at our desk in the showroom. There was never any pressure to buy a warranty or after-market product. • Since we picked our car out online in advance, the sales rep (Ryan Hawley) had it detailed and ready to go by the time we got there. He also communicated with us by text to let us know that car was available and ready to go. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hyundai of Central Florida was clean, professional, well organized and respectful of my time. It was worth the 30-mile drive from The Villages area so that you don’t have to put up with all the silly nonsense described above.

Sam is wonderful! I had a rough experience trying to buy a car other places. He was recommended to me. He did not disappoint. Our deal took longer due to many moving parts and he was patient and kind during it all. We drove away in a car and completely happy. Thanks for a great experience! Our salesman Geraldo was excellent. No pressure and answered all of our questions. We did not intend to buy that day, but everything went so smoothly and the price was fair, so we drove home in a new car!

Jill Burks, my sales rep, was amazing! Did the price discussion over email (they really do give you the best price upfront - no haggling and I love to haggle - ha ha!) We had to drive 1.5 hours with grandkids. Jill was so sweet and accommodating by having everything ready to go when we arrived! The car was immaculately detailed and she even had a red bow on it for me! The finance manager was great and did not push or even suggest add-ons. Fastest process I’ve ever been through. We were in and out in less than 1 hour for the entire process! Thank you Jill and the entire team there! Best experience ever with buying a car. This is our 3rd Hyundai and we absolutely love their vehicles, their technology, and loaded features (comparable to high-end European cars but at half the price)!
