Hands down, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, Central Florida Hyundai in Clermont made the entire process easy, straightforward, and—most importantly—honest. My sales representative, Tim, was upfront and professional about everything. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. What really stood out to me was the dealership’s transparency. There were no dealer fees, hidden fees, unwanted add-ons, or accessories added to artificially inflate the price. In my area, it’s not unusual to see dealerships with dealer fees that can approach $3,000, followed by another $2,000–$3,000 in add-ons and accessories. Suddenly, the advertised price of the vehicle can be thousands of dollars higher by the time you actually sit down to buy it. Central Florida Hyundai does not play that game. The price they present is transparent, and they are upfront about what you are actually paying for the vehicle. They also didn’t drag the process out in an attempt to wear us down. Tim was a constant professional and kept everything moving without the typical sales games you often experience at dealerships. He respected our time and made the entire process remarkably easy. We ended up getting an excellent price on our Santa Fe and a great deal on our trade-in, which made the experience even better. I’ve had Hyundai vehicles for the past six years and have already owned two, and my experience with this dealership has been phenomenal. Recently, I had a major issue with my current vehicle that required leaving it at the dealership for almost two weeks. From the beginning, the entire process was handled incredibly well. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, never made me feel pressured, and worked closely with me to make sure the repairs were handled properly through my warranty. I especially want to recognize Gregory, my service advisor, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive, kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy and well managed. I truly appreciate the level of service and care I received here. I would absolutely come back in the future, whether it’s for maintenance, another service issue, or even when it’s time for my next Hyundai. Highly recommended!

I dealt with Hyundai of Central Florida 3?years ago and had a wonderful experience. The salesman questioned what I was looking for and quickly said “We just got a car in that sounds like what you’re looking for” Yep. My little Red 2021 Kona piled up 94,000 miles with my travels between Florida and NJ. It was oil change time. Went to the showroom and asked Jill if I could test drive a Tucson and Kona. She had sweet Simone show me around the lot. Tried both and settled for the 2026 Kona. I wasn’t planning on a purchase . They accepted a deposit to hold the car for me as it would be 4 days before I could get back. No Annoying phone calls asking if I was coming back. Sat down with Jill and a financial guy and went for it! The last part is the hardest with the add ons … warrant, Gap insurance. With that , the price went a little over of my budget. They worked some numbers and I was able to get the coverage . I have had over 10 vehicles in my days. This dealership is by far THE BEST ! They are friendly, honest and truly care . This worth the drive to buy a vehicle from Hyundai of Central Florida! Special kudos to Jill for being patient with me and my questions. It is truly a pleasure dealing with this company.
