Tim is one of the best car dealer I have ever met. Not that he was nice and kind and understanding. But we all know when you go to the dealership they try to offer you bunch of stuff you do not need and just cost money they make out of you? That is not his case. He offered and I said no thank you, and that was it. Nothing pushy from his side. Very polite, nice and quick about everything. Definitely will be coming back if I will want to upgrade my car. Charlie had the most patience. I arrived to look at a Santa Cruz. He showed me the Santa Cruz, Tuscon, and Santa Fe. I finally decided on the Santa Cruz. The paperwork process when buying a car is always long and boring. Charlie did his best to make it a good experience. I would recommend Hyundai of Cental Florida. So many vehicles to choose from!
