Hands down, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, Central Florida Hyundai in Clermont made the entire process easy, straightforward, and—most importantly—honest. My sales representative, Tim, was upfront and professional about everything. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. What really stood out to me was the dealership’s transparency. There were no dealer fees, hidden fees, unwanted add-ons, or accessories added to artificially inflate the price. In my area, it’s not unusual to see dealerships with dealer fees that can approach $3,000, followed by another $2,000–$3,000 in add-ons and accessories. Suddenly, the advertised price of the vehicle can be thousands of dollars higher by the time you actually sit down to buy it. Central Florida Hyundai does not play that game. The price they present is transparent, and they are upfront about what you are actually paying for the vehicle. They also didn’t drag the process out in an attempt to wear us down. Tim was a constant professional and kept everything moving without the typical sales games you often experience at dealerships. He respected our time and made the entire process remarkably easy. We ended up getting an excellent price on our Santa Fe and a great deal on our trade-in, which made the experience even better. Recently, I had a major issue with my current vehicle that required leaving it at the dealership for almost two weeks. From the beginning, the entire process was handled incredibly well. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, never made me feel pressured, and worked closely with me to make sure the repairs were handled properly through my warranty. We purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe on July 11, 2026. We registered in NC where we reside. It had been a loaner car from May 2025 - Sept 2025. It was preinspected for sale in Sept. 2025 and put over 10 month period it was only driven 80 miles. It never got another inspection prior to our purchase. Which means no maintenance was done to it in 10 months. It had only 4400 miles on it. After purchasing within one month we had to have Hyundai Roadside come pick it up. The engine light came on and it barely would go. When the repair dealer in High Point NC put it in the system, it had two recalls (Start up recall and front seatbelt recall). These recalls would have been caught if it had been recently serviced prior to our purchase. I made multiple calls to the dealership and could not get a response about the poor condition of the car that was sold. On the second visit a week later to another dealership in NC due to check engine light and code, we found out we were not sold a new car with a NEW warranty. It was put in the system as a certified pre-owned even though we were the first titled owners. This affects a lot of things especially when dealing with a car with issues. Not only did we learn this but also learned there were 19 service codes in the history. It has had to have four fuel injectors replaced. It was misfiring on multiple cylinders. There have been three more service codes pop up while in the shop which includes ABS Braking System. The car has spent 20 days in the shop so far. We found out today it has multiple bad tire after the service dealership had to fix multiple spots on the tires. We could have got them replaced under warranty but we were sold a vehicle with preowned warranties not new warranty. The dealer was original owner in Hyundai's eyes. The transmission has had to have work on it as well. Maybe all this could have been avoided if it had been services and not sat on a lot for 10 months. I reached out to Mullinax auto group but no response. I received a call from service director but not much he can do when the car is 550 miles away and not safe to drive. We hope we can get out of this car soon and get something that is reliable. We do not trust it to go across our county, forget on a road trip. Our only hope is the attorney can do something.

Buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience but this dealership has hired the right people and the prices are lower than their competitors. We bought our 2020 telluride from Hyundai of Central Florida on 4/4/26. The buying experience was nothing short of incredible. Mason was absolutely amazing and patient with us throughout the entire process. It was nice going to a dealership and not getting hounded right off the bat. Anthony Rivers was our finance manager and he was so great as well. He and Mason both went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Fast forward to today when we went back for servicing. Adrian was so awesome and knowledgeable. We dealt with Quentin while trying to figure out our warranty. While we’re waiting, we were acknowledged by Mason and Anthony and it honestly felt like running into old friends. Isaiah in the service department was so sweet and stopped us before we left to see if we would like to have the car taken through the wash. Overall, this has been the best dealership experience I have ever had. The environment was so friendly and welcoming.

I had a great experience purchasing my car through this dealership. Even though I didn't have much experience buying cars and didn't know what to expect, David Gonzalez took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the cars we looked at and was patient while explaining car features, payments, etc. The whole team was incredibly helpful throughout. Jill Burks has been our Sales Consultant for years now. We have purchased several vehicles from her and could not be more happy with her knowledge and dedication to her clients. We just traded in a car and purchased a 2026 Elantra for my husband and he is so happy with it. She takes such good care of us from beginning to end. She even came in on her day off to sell us this vehicle. She is such an amazing sales consultant we wouldn't to anywhere else to purchase a new vehicle. I can honestly say that before this experience of buying my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson SEL Plus, I have never actually enjoyed the process of buying a new car, but this experience is a first for me where I can say I had so much fun buying this car and that is because of my sales agent Jill! She was so welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease through the entire process. Her knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, and she explained my new car's features in a way that I could completely understand and she not only told me if I had any questions or concerns that I could contact her, but she truly made me feel that if I needed any further help that she would be there for me. And she has followed up with me more than once since my purchase! In fact everyone I met there was so friendly and professional. The dealership was beautiful from the moment I drove up and walked inside, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful appeal. They had a great inventory of new vehicles to choose from, and in my experience in the past of buying from other dealerships, that was not the case. I was having trouble deciding between two different colors, and Jill and some of the other sales consultants were all helping me and never made me feel rushed at all! Karen at the front was so welcoming and wonderful too! Jill treated me to refreshments also throughout the process as if I was a welcomed guest in her home! I don't recall all of the names of everyone I met that day, but every one of them were so friendly and showed such great hospitality to me. There was never any pressured feeling, only warm hospitality and helpfulness. The whole place had a great feeling energy from the moment I walked in! I visited based on a friend's recommendation, even though it was a bit of a drive, but I didn't feel particularly welcome. It seemed like they focused on selling only specific models; they showed absolutely no interest in the Ioniq we were looking for and didn't even ask for our contact information, which really surprised me. They had a large inventory of Elantras and Santa Fes and appeared to be focused on those types of vehicles.

Buying my car was super easy and effortless. However, I purchased the car which included a paper saying that the dealership would fix the sunroof, which was found broken during my test drive. I took the car over to service right after I purchased the vehicle. After waiting 2 hours, I walked back up to the service desk and asked for an update on my vehicle. The advisor walked me over to the drop off area and noticed my car was sitting there. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there waiting for me to pick it back up. The service advisor then told me that they have to order the part and will be in touch. 2 weeks later I call for an update and after about 5 separate phone calls with 6 different employees and over an hour total of being on hold, I am told that the parts hadn't been ordered and that there was no evidence of parts even needing to be ordered. The next week I call back for an update. I get the news that nothing has been done. At this point my issue has been given to a manager and a couple of days later I'm being told to return to the dealership so they can look at my car again to find out what part they need so they can finally order it. Not to mention they are 45 minutes from my house. Sales 8/10 - Service 0/10

Happy with the process

Don’t make an appointment if you have plans during the day of your appointment. If one makes an appointment for an oil change it shouldn’t be a 3 hour wait for the oil change to be completed. So far it has been a 3 hour wait and when we showed up on time for the appointment we were quoted 2 hours. Honestly they do have two recommendations, an alignment and to change the cabin Filter but I don’t want to wait anymore today.
