Between lease and finance, my family has done business with dealership 4 times (it would have been 5 if they had the car we wanted at the time). The sales part of the process is really good. No complaints. However, the service / maintenance is not up to par with the sales experience. Before the app it was really difficult to have an appointment. They never pick up the phone. For a company that says they value customer satisfaction, they are neglecting the basics.

I can honestly say that before this experience of buying my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson SEL Plus, I have never actually enjoyed the process of buying a new car, but this experience is a first for me where I can say I had so much fun buying this car and that is because of my sales agent Jill! She was so welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease through the entire process. Her knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, and she explained my new car's features in a way that I could completely understand and she not only told me if I had any questions or concerns that I could contact her, but she truly made me feel that if I needed any further help that she would be there for me. And she has followed up with me more than once since my purchase! In fact everyone I met there was so friendly and professional. The dealership was beautiful from the moment I drove up and walked inside, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful appeal. They had a great inventory of new vehicles to choose from, and in my experience in the past of buying from other dealerships, that was not the case. I was having trouble deciding between two different colors, and Jill and some of the other sales consultants were all helping me and never made me feel rushed at all! Karen at the front was so welcoming and wonderful too! Jill treated me to refreshments also throughout the process as if I was a welcomed guest in her home! I don't recall all of the names of everyone I met that day, but every one of them were so friendly and showed such great hospitality to me. There was never any pressured feeling, only warm hospitality and helpfulness. The whole place had a great feeling energy from the moment I walked in! Jill's offered price of the vehicle was much better than the dealership in my area that I had visited a few days prior, and I accepted it right away. The fact that they don't charge a dealer fee is almost unheard of in Florida and elsewhere. There were no hidden fees just as they advertised and the buying process was upfront and the easiest I'd ever experienced in my years of buying cars. I have already told so many people about my positive experience at Hyundai of Central Florida! I will drive the 2+ hours easily again to purchase from them for my next vehicle! I visited based on a friend's recommendation, even though it was a bit of a drive, but I didn't feel particularly welcome. It seemed like they focused on selling only specific models; they showed absolutely no interest in the Ioniq we were looking for and didn't even ask for our contact information, which really surprised me. They had a large inventory of Elantras and Santa Fes and appeared to be focused on those types of vehicles.

Buying my car was super easy and effortless. However, I purchased the car which included a paper saying that the dealership would fix the sunroof, which was found broken during my test drive. I took the car over to service right after I purchased the vehicle. After waiting 2 hours, I walked back up to the service desk and asked for an update on my vehicle. The advisor walked me over to the drop off area and noticed my car was sitting there. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there waiting for me to pick it back up. The service advisor then told me that they have to order the part and will be in touch. 2 weeks later I call for an update and after about 5 separate phone calls with 6 different employees and over an hour total of being on hold, I am told that the parts hadn't been ordered and that there was no evidence of parts even needing to be ordered. The next week I call back for an update. I get the news that nothing has been done. At this point my issue has been given to a manager and a couple of days later I'm being told to return to the dealership so they can look at my car again to find out what part they need so they can finally order it. Not to mention they are 45 minutes from my house. Sales 8/10 - Service 0/10

Happy with the process

Don’t make an appointment if you have plans during the day of your appointment. If one makes an appointment for an oil change it shouldn’t be a 3 hour wait for the oil change to be completed. So far it has been a 3 hour wait and when we showed up on time for the appointment we were quoted 2 hours. Honestly they do have two recommendations, an alignment and to change the cabin Filter but I don’t want to wait anymore today.

Great and supportive people in person, the last day of the month did leave them understaffed a bit so waited a few more hours than usual but was patient and understanding. While the experience ended up being a very good one it started a little rough as they balked at the first responder discount. Management reconsidered and honored it. One that was taken care of our salesman was great! Really liked Jason and he stepped up and did a great job walking us through the details. As much as I hate car buying, this one was pretty good- and that is high praise from me.

This was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Ruben is knowledgeable about the vehicles and an honest, helpful, easy to deal with person. Bill was the reason for the high score. The dealership itself, including the sales manager and the finance team leave some to be desired. I was preapproved for financing and had a preapproval letter from my bank. Yet the sales manager would not hold the vehicle for me even after I committed to buy it. He did agree to allow me to put $1000 deposit down which I was able to get refunded. I understand the desire for the dealer to finance vehicles as that's a major source of income. But it really shows a lot of bad faith towards a customer who is willing to purchase from your dealership.

The sell representative.( David) at the dealership and the financial department was great. They explain everything to me. He did his best and they stick to the price, nonething extra was added and I'm comfortable with my monthly payments. The sell representative(David) have done a beautiful job with price.

The best experience, Barry was the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. We went all the way to the Hyundai in Orlando, and drove back to the Hyundai in Clermont just to give him our business.

Fantastic Dealership focused on customer service, value, and honest. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased here. I have been VERY pleased.

I highly recommend going to that dealership. Their attention, respectful treatment, and the help they provided were exceptional, from the salesman David Gonzalez, the sales manager Devon Ortiz, and the finance representative Tony Rivers—all were very polite and attentive.

Jason is a great sales rep and very knowledgable about their vehicles. Easy to chat with. Everyone was very professional. It was a very long day but thank you Jason for the snacks. 😀

She never felt pushy but I'm always leery of people working on commission. This included the manager and the extended warranty stuff too. My dad was a salesman so I grew up around sales and I was married to one for a while too. Anyhow I wasn't happy with what I bought and was allowed to upgrade the next day since I reached out so quickly to request this change. It ended up costing me quite a bit more than I expected but I think overall I'll be happy with my purchase. Any mistakes or regrets are on me, not them.
